Based in Widnes, Stafford and Bolton, they work together to make sure customers from all walks of life get a friendly, efficient service. Our Contact Centre roles

Operational Management

Based in Widnes, Stafford and Bolton, our contact centres are open every day of the year, except Christmas Day. Supporting the day-to-day running of each facility, this busy and resourceful Operational Management team makes sure our customer teams get all the support they need, leaving them free to concentrate on every call. Thanks to the sheer size and scale of Home Retail Group, and the continued success of our brands, this is the perfect place to grow your operations career.


You love helping others. And you’re flexible about working shifts. You’d be perfect as one of our Colleagues, dealing with a host of customer questions. When does the store open? Can I order a product over the phone? When will my sofa be delivered? How do I go about getting an Argos store card? My order hasn’t arrived – can you help? Whatever the question, your efficient, friendly approach and ability to build a relationship with our hugely diverse range of customers will help you shine.

Customer Service

In Customer Service, our teams provide support to customers from Argos and Habitat. Whether it’s about a product they’ve just bought or a service they’ve just experienced, our team makes a point of resolving the issue quickly, and satisfactorily. With your help, both customers and your colleagues in-store will have their day made that little bit easier. And when it comes to your career, you’ll find in a company of our size, opportunities to develop and progress are around every corner.


Whether it’s a bed from Habitat or a gazebo from Argos, some customers like to book the delivery at the time of ordering. But many more call us back later to make the arrangements. Our Collection team is on hand to make the bookings, quickly and fuss-free. With the largest home delivery operation in the country, you’ll be kept busy – and have lots of chance to learn and progress.
