Compliance & Operational Risk

For a large financial services company like ours, the regulatory environment is increasingly complex. As it evolves, the work of our Compliance & Operational Risk team becomes more and more important. Dealing with a steady stream of new legislation, they tackle many diverse issues within a landscape that’s always changing.

Finance & Credit Risk

The Argos store card is one of the UK’s most popular, with over a million customers enjoying the convenience it offers. Our Finance & Credit Risk team focus on the credit policy, credit strategy and bad debt charge attached to these cards. Looking after each new customer application, they also deal with authorisations and cases of fraud.

Commercial & Change

As the landscape for financial services companies continues to evolve, our Change team comes into its own, helping us to adapt and thrive in this new world. In Commercial, they work to extend the reach of our products and services on a Business-to-Business (B2B) level. Building strong working relationships with clients, the team is always looking for new opportunities to enhance its portfolio – both in the UK and internationally.

Marketing

Working across all brands, Marketing looks to build multi-channel campaigns that enable our brand, products and services to shine brightly. They’re a creative group who delve deep into each brief before – through clever planning, great insight, compelling content and stunning design – they deliver something special. Again and again.

Direct Marketing

Devising and delivering campaigns based on customer data, our Direct Marketing (DM) team aims to connect with our customers – including our 1 million+ store card holders – in the most compelling ways possible. Working closely with our Analytics team, their insight-led approach enables them to produce DM communications that deliver simple yet compelling messages.

Data Marketing

Delivering a range of marketing analytics, our Data Marketing team interprets complex data from a variety of sources. Excellent problem solvers, the team works to support every area of our business, so that they gain a clear understanding of exactly what customer insight can do for them.
