One Finance department is much like another, right? Well, actually, it’s not. We see ours as different, mainly because it’s far more progressive than most. Once you’re in, you’ll move through the ranks as quickly as your performance merits. And we bring students into the fold, too, funding their studies while they gain valuable ‘on-the-ground’ experience. It all makes for a fast-moving environment. Become part of the team, and you’ll find that, in a company our size, opportunities to progress are just around the corner.
Our Property team looks after more than 840 stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland, as well as our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Our Legal team’s main role is to manage legal risk across all aspects of our business. Their work is complex, challenging and always essential if we’re to achieve our goals while complying with regulations. In the age of modern communications, the work of Corporate Affairs has assumed more and more importance within our Group. And, thanks to the sheer size and scope of our operations, you can rest assured that there’ll be lots of opportunities for growth and development in your career.
We offer two main graduate schemes: one in Finance & Accountancy, the other in IT Software Engineering. The former lasts three years and will see you developing your financial skills while working towards a CIMA or ACCA qualification. The latter lasts two years and will see you pushing the boundaries with our digital team. Whichever one you join, you’ll gain valuable insights and have a real impact on retail.
