Our Quality Assurance roles


Our Technical team looks at every product that’s put before it, ensuring our high standards are maintained by makers who comply with all the relevant regulations and best practices. Carrying out a range of technical, investigative and quality control tasks, they even contribute to new product development.


Overseeing all the practical tasks associated with quality control, our Operations team sees to it that this complex process runs like clockwork. They also liaise with our suppliers directly, carrying out factory controls and ensuring that they follow the two golden principles of ‘fit for purpose’ and ‘right first time’.
